Meet the Visionaries
Remo
The original founder of The Curved Glass, Remo started his technology journey in the early 90’s and has worked on various projects around the world since that time. Remo has a passion for emerging technology, specifically in FinTech and Sustainability and enjoys predicting what the future will look like for the next generation.
Johann
A Co-Founder, and in charge of the technical wizardry, making sure all our outlandish ideas can be brought into reality. His passion for technology and experience on large scale projects around the world gives him the confidence to exhibit a beard like no other.
Mark
Founder of L39 Capital, fund manager and director, Mark is a venture capital powerhouse. In his pursuit of changing the world for the next generation and bettering the lives of our children, he co-founded The Curved Glass to establish a platform to help realise our hopes and dreams.
Dr. Eryadi Masli
Co-Founder and serial entrepreneur Dr. Masli or affectionately known by all his friends and students as Simon. Simon co-founded a host of technology companies and lectures as a leader in the field of start-up ventures. Simon drives scale in the Curved Glass and ensure our fit for emerging markets.

Transparency
Like any kind of glass transparency is one of its attributes. We will Endeavor to be open, honest and fully transparent.
Light Distribution
A lighthouse uses curved glass to emit light to notify vessels of danger, in the same way we will strive to distribute light within the company and the broader community through knowledge sharing and mentoring, improving quality and functionality by means of process and methodology and create the power to drive positive change.
Light Concentration
Curved glass can act as a lens to concentrate light into a powerful beam with laser precision and force. We will focus the collective knowledge and ideas of the company to be just as effective.
Magnification
A magnifying glass also makes things bigger to see the details. This helps with the identification of knowledge and information and highlights the important details sometimes missed. Accountability is key to this process and as a company we will be accountable to each other to grow and improve.
Innovation
Curved glass has been the enabler to lots of ground-breaking inventions in science and technology including the lightbulb, microscope, telescope, computer screen etc. As a combination of visionaries and professionals, we will endeavor to innovate for the betterment of the community, environment, company and ourselves.
Prediction
The crystal ball is curved glass too, but unlike the fake ability of this device we will use our combined experience to predict technological trends, training needs and strategy. We will use this information to drive change, policy and reward within the community we serve.
Incubation
The petri dish is where all experimentation begins, incubated and tested for success or failure. In today’s technological world it’s hard to stay ahead of the curve by yourself, but as a community it becomes easier by creating opportunities to learn. As part of this organisation we will experiment with new technologies using relevant current issues and working together, learning together to solve these issues in new and innovative ways.
